Invitation

We hereby invite you to take part in the free online conference “European Investigation Order – Practical Dilemmas and Theoretical Considerations”. The online conference will be held on the 8th and 9th of December 2020 and will allow practitioners and academics from multiple EU Member States to share best practices and identify key shortcomings of the European Investigation Order. Short presentations will be held by invited speakers from Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Portugal. All the presentations and discussions will be held in English. The said event will be executed as an integral part of the EU JUST project “European Investigation Order – Legal Analysis and Practical Dilemmas”, coordinated by the University of Maribor. Hence, the most impactful project findings related to the EIO will also be shared with practitioners at the conference.
